Former Marketer Driving Carbon Initiatives.
Hey there, I’m Abhijay, a thinker by nature. Delving into thoughts led me to embrace writing while contemplating over things paved the way for my journey into Marketing & Sales. And when the thinking gets a tad overwhelming, I find solace on the court, submerged in a pool, straddled on a motorcycle, baking a cake or at the heights of rock climbing – a way to pause the overthinking cycle.
Currently, I’m engrossed in the world of Carbon Markets and environmental initiatives. After all, it is the defining decade for the planet. Having completed my post-graduation in environmental law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore I aim to carve a path that utilises my expertise and aligns with my passion for energy and environmental domains. This is why I have donned the hat of an Assistant Manager at Kanaka Management Services, where my role revolves around the dynamic realm of carbon markets and carbon credits. With a strong penchant for driving growth in these arenas, I’m actively engaged in carbon project origination – a crucial facet of our journey towards a more sustainable future.
Navigating the intricacies of carbon markets and credits, I’ve found my niche in strategizing and executing initiatives that resonate with our commitment to environmental stewardship. From ideation to implementation, I thrive on shaping projects that not only align with our client’s visions but also contribute to the larger goal of carbon neutrality.
This website serves as a window into my endeavors – a showcase of my work and my evolution both, professional and personal. It gives you a glimpse of where I stand, where I aspire to be, and how I plan to get there.
There are moments in one’s professional journey that stand out as unique privileges. Representing Kanaka Management Services at the India G20 Energy Week held in Bangalore in February 2023 was undeniably one such experience.
It has come to my attention that one of the greatest geological tools available is our tongue. Yup, you read that right. There are geologists out there in the wild right now. Licking and nibbling on strange rocks. Remember when you ate ..
With wave after wave of the pandemic. Everyone’s world has been thrown into the doldrums. I figured it was a good time to try and begin picking up a new language. Come out slightly better off than I was going into this whole ordeal.
